1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.

If your item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Important:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of toys that have been used by pets, unless the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Name(s) of the item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- If applicable, clear photos of any defects or damage
After your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address based on your location.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. This usually takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
- Contact your bank. Processing times vary between institutions.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at help@meow-land.top with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
Once approved, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
6. International Returns
We gladly accept international returns. However, please note the following:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or import duties.
- Any original customs fees, taxes, or duties paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a reliable, trackable international shipping carrier.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital content
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Used toys (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned without contacting us in advance
8. Return Address
Please do not send returns to our warehouse or shipping label address without receiving confirmation from our support team. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your country.
